Responsibilities

Administration and improvement of identity and access management systems including authentication policies, device trust, and automated onboarding and offboarding
Management of office network infrastructure including secure wireless, VPN, and hardware across global offices
Implementation of security controls to protect network and connected systems
Oversight of device management platform ensuring consistent configurations and policies across device types and lifecycle
Building and maintenance of monitoring and alerting for critical IT systems with centralized alerting and runbooks
Management of automation and infrastructure-as-code using AI tooling to reduce toil
Audit of backup coverage and development of disaster recovery plans including runbooks and tabletop exercises
Leadership of IT roadmap from project execution to stakeholder communication
Handling of IT support requests and transformation of recurring issues into systemic improvements
Maintenance of current IT documentation

Requirements

4+ years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, and network management
Solid understanding of identity and access management including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, directory services, and device trust
Enterprise device management knowledge across macOS, Windows, and Linux
Strong networking and security fundamentals including enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, network hardware, and IT security best practices
Experience with scripting, automation, and AI tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

Nice-to-have

Infrastructure-as-code knowledge such as Terraform
Cloud platform familiarity including AWS, Azure, or similar
Relevant networking, security, or cloud certifications
Compliance experience such as SOC 2, NIS2, or similar
High-growth startup experience
