Feladatok
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's IT infrastructure, with a key focus on ensuring the stable and efficient operation of both office and production environments. If you possess solid desktop support and network fundamentals, along with a strong interest or experience in supporting manufacturing systems (such as MES), this is an ideal platform for you to utilize your talents.
Elvárások
1.Daily Desktop & Office Environment Support: provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for end-user desktop issues (computers, os, office software, peripherals, etc.) to ensure office productivity.
2.Basic Network Operations: be responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance, and basic fault resolution of the company's local area network (lan) to ensure network connectivity and stability.
3. Participate in front-line operations, user support, and basic problem diagnosis for the manufacturing execution system (mes) and related industrial software.
4.Assist in maintaining the stability of production-related it equipment, terminals, and their connections to the mes system.
5. Collaborate with senior mes engineers or vendors to address it-related emergencies in the production environment, ensuring operational continuity.
6. Perform daily monitoring and basic maintenance operations for it infrastructure (e.g., ad domain, file servers, backup systems).
7. Record operational incidents, solutions, and system configurations, continuously improving the knowledge base. 8.Work closely with other departments, especially production, to understand business needs and provide effective IT solutions.

Előnyt jelent
1.Associate degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate it desktop support, proficient in troubleshooting windows desktop environments and common office software.
3.Solid foundational knowledge of computer networks, with the ability to independently handle common network connectivity, configuration, and fault issues (e.g., tcp/ip, vlan, basic routing & switching).
4.Good communication skills and service orientation, with excellent teamwork spirit.
5. Strong problem-analysis and solving abilities, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
6.Experience in it operations within manufacturing, factory, or production environments is highly preferred. 7.Familiarity with MES (manufacturing execution system) or similar production management systems, including operational support or maintenance experience, is highly preferred.
8.Familiarity with common industrial communication protocols or interfaces is a plus.
9. Basic scripting skills (e.g., powershell, cmd) to automate simple tasks is a plus.
