Responsibilities

Communication with Stakeholders for requirements gathering
Business analysis, functional design, data structures design, prototyping system
Business logic description, use cases, user stories, description of use cases for gaming equipment
Support customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality
Create documentation, e.g. business requirements specification, technical requirements specification

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
Experience with tools for modeling and analyzing business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML)
Experience writing technical and user documentation
Experience working with devices and understanding their integration into business processes
Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher

Nice-to-have

Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese would be an advantage, Communication within the team is in Russian or Ukrainian
