Responsibilities
Prepare Business Concept and Business Strategy
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, user requirements and processes
Define business goals and KPIs
Cooperation with developer and testing team, participate in User Acceptance Testing
Support Project management with delivering relevant information
Prepare high-quality documentations using industry standards (workflow charts, diagrams, presentations)
Review business processes (BPR) - plan controls & improve procedures

Requirements
At least 3-years of experience as IT System Analyst
Problem-solving personality with structured thinking
Open-minded team player attitude
Strong time-management skill, ability to work independently
Strong documentation skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Speaking & writing in English
Knowledge of MS Office & collaboration tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence)
College or University degree in Informatics or Financial
Problem-solving personality with structured thinking
