• Operating the asset-, and demand management process including equipment life cycle's tracking.

• Budgeting and forecasting for next year IT Asset related procurements, trend analyses

• Rational management of project needs in connection with assets

• Coordinating the objectives of projects

• Recording of IT assets, measurement of them utilization and optimization

• Analyzing and decision preparation, making proposals for cost reduction and process improvement

• Supporting users and handling problems

• Defining and coordinating initiatives for improving end-user satisfaction

• Defining and coordinating initiatives in order to improve asset related IT services

• Checking the work of external suppliers

• College or University degree

• Relevant experience is an advantage

• General knowledge of end-user assets, systems and process approach

• Communication level of English

• Good problem solving and recognition skills, stress tolerance

• Teamplayer

• Good communication skill both in English and native language

• A working location in 11th district
• Flexi time, home office possibilities, 2 HO per week
