Feladatok

Application support for SAP HCM within Deloitte HR systems landscape
Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and service requests
Communication with internal stakeholders for requirements clarification and status updates
Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system documentation and knowledge base articles
Execution of operational and technical procedures including system checks
Monitoring and support of cross-system interfaces for data accuracy and HR data quality
Support for reporting and data analysis activities
Identification of improvement opportunities in support processes

Elvárások

1–2 years of experience supporting enterprise IT applications including application support, system administration or development activities
Experience in IT support role involving ticket handling and customer interaction
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with functional, technical and testing documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with service-oriented and client-centric mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Commitment to quality, reliability and continuous improvement in line with Deloitte OneIT standards

Előnyt jelent

Experience working in a shared services or global IT support environment
Exposure to HR systems integration, interfaces or data reconciliation processes
Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar
Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll integrations
Experience supporting or participating in IT projects, system upgrades or process improvements
Interest in developing deeper expertise in HR IT applications and enterprise systems
