Responsibilities

Build bridges between business requirements and technical implementation by developing a strong technical understanding.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps culture, with hands-on experience in Scrum or Kanban.
Adapt and configure standard software solutions to meet specific use cases.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing to ensure stable IT operations while continuously driving improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, particularly regarding security and architecture (e.g., SSO, SaaS security, regulatory requirements).
Support the ongoing technical enhancement of the platform by analyzing user feedback, monitoring market and technology trends, and proactively recommending improvements.
Maintain internal documentation of processes, changes, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Engineer, including expertise in SaaS enhancement and administration within an enterprise environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of digitalization, data, and IT architecture, paired with an innovative mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Fluency in German and English, enabling smooth cooperation in international teams
Independent, structured working style with a proactive attitude toward digital transformation
