Responsibilities

Design and implementation of the server architecture of the flagship product iREMS
Finding solutions and developing to production stage for complex problems
Collaboration with teams located in Budapest and Oradea ensuring constructive communication with co-developers and consulting/support teams
Learning and understanding the exact needs of clients in terms of business and technical requirements
Design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of functionalities added to the system
Rapid adaptation to new technologies or challenges

Requirements

Experience in Java 11+ development including design patterns and refactoring strategies
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot and Java/Jakarta EE
Working experience with at least one mainstream application server (JBoss, Glassfish, etc.) and/or Spring applications in production environments
Experience with Gradle build system
Experience with caching architectures such as Redis
Experience with complex Docker infrastructures including proxies and Kubernetes
Experience with Java Concurrency and horizontally scaled systems
Senior Java/JEE Developer with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise projects
Motivated team player and good communicator
Efficient self-starter requiring little supervision and able to master new technologies

Nice-to-have

Experience with Eclipse RCP
