Responsibilities

  • Ensures comprehensive support (product&sales) on local market about Investment Funds in budget achievements, in increasing the market share and in increasing customer satisfaction index.
  • Ensures synergies between the Holding & local bank targets & requests on one side and the needs of reference customers at local level from the other side, to provide highly effective and competitive end products.
  • Participates to the annual planning process, elaborating the budget proposal for Investment products.
  • Defines and proposes the campaigns, activities, consistent with the budget targets, coordinating with the corresponding structures present in the Bank to detail the operating activities contained in such plans, also defining, and ensuring the support for the network in the sales and after-sales phase.
  • Participates in the definition of the strategic plans of the bank, with specific reference to the investment fund product range to meet the needs of customers and cope with competition on the market.
  • Based on the Bank’s strategy, objectives of business policy, implementation of the business and sales plans in area of Affluent and investment products, objectives of Network, as well as ensuring the necessary sets of conditions and assets.
  • Professional supervision and control of the Network, management of investment fund sales, comparison, analysis of the performance of branches, reporting directly to respective Regional Manager
  • In the TMR (MBO) system, control, and continuous monitoring of the target figures of branches, control of annual and quarterly targets.
  • Provision for and control of high-standard customer services   
  • Majority of the time spent in Branches, supporting, coaching colleagues to achieve business goals 

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics/Management or MBA 
  • Managerial experience in Banking
  • Experience in Investment Fund Sales
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Agility and mobility (Domestic travelling 4 days per week)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English 
  • B category driving license
  • Hungarian knowlege is a must
