Inventory Controller - Join a New Financial Hub in Budapest!
A leading international manufacturing company is expanding its Financial Hub in Budapest, creating a centralized team supporting manufacturing finance activities across global production sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Shared Service Center where you'll contribute to inventory controlling, profitability analysis, and standard costing, while playing an active role in transition projects and process improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join the growing team.
We're looking for someone with a solid manufacturing finance background who enjoys analyzing financial performance, understands inventory and standard costing, and is eager to contribute proactively to transition activities and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory and stock-related financial analysis
- Analyze product margins and profitability (Margin & P&L analysis)
- Maintain and support standard costing processes
- Monitor inventory movements, valuation, and related financial impacts
- Prepare regular financial and management reports to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve controlling processes and reporting
- Take an active role in transition activities and help establish new finance processes within the Shared Service Center
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional international stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, or inventory accounting
- Strong understanding of inventory controlling, standard costing, and profitability analysis
- Experience with margin analysis and P&L reporting
- SAP or other major ERP system knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and transition projects
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
