Responsibilities

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with a global team and work with colleagues from diverse cultures to gain broad perspectives and insights
Learn cutting‑edge technologies with in‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and how it strengthens organizational security
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance our IAM framework and contribute to our overall cybersecurity strategy

You will also:

Build dashboards and reports for IAM using data visualization (e.g., Power BI); willingness to learn quickly if you're new
Analyze and test IAM tools and configurations, support tool evaluations and quality checks
Design and implement process automations (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate) to improve efficiency
Document and model processes to create clear, maintainable procedures
Develop a monitoring concept and support the initial setup (dashboards, alerts, reporting)
Design concepts and implement AI agents to support IAM use cases and team workflows
Support the IAM team across a wide range of operational and improvement tasks

Requirements

THAT'S WHY YOU'RE A MATCH

Enrolled in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
Solid IT fundamentals and strong interest in new technologies and cyber security (coursework or projects welcome)
Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Interest in data visualization; initial experience with Power BI is a plus
Interest in process automation; initial experience with Power Automate is a plus
Comfortable with structured documentation and process modelling
Familiarity with agile ways of working and IT project management basics
Nice to have (not required): exposure to IAM concepts
Soft skills: fluent English; communicative and open; self‑organized; proactive with strong initiative
German skills are a plus, not a must
