Driving the international transport operations of our customers
Demonstrating innovation and generating opportunities to manage ideal operational structure
Supporting the Depot manager in managing all contractual operational results, costs, KPIs, in line with the agreed budget and targets
Managing activities during sales phase, supporting tender management
Being responsible for establishing the best, competent team able to deliver targets and reaching new horizons
In associate development, identifying and supporting the development of employees with potential

Work with us if:

You have at least 5 years experience in international transportation management
You have affinity for logistics process redesign, are familiar with VSM and VSD
You are able to facilitate internal and external escalated Customer issues independently (incl. lean methods i.e. 8D problem solving)
You have ability and distinctive willingness to actively represent Raben Group interests to external parties (customers, other Raben entities, service providers)
University/college degree
You have a firm command of English both verbal and in writing
