To support the growing market demands, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing network of distributors
• Identify and seize new sales opportunities
• Develop and execute profit-driven business plans.
• Collaborate closely with International Sales Managers of other regions
• Track and report on performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring clear progress and measurable success.
• Work with marketing to enhance brand awareness in targeted markets. Represent Medicontur and 1stQ brands on local, regional and international events, congresses
• Collaborate with product management to design educational roadmaps for client development.
• Conduct market research and data analysis, maintaining comprehensive records in our CRM system.

• ️ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• ️ A university degree (BA/MSc/MBA).
• ️ Fluency in English and Chinese or Japaneses or Vietnamese (a must).
• ️ Work permit within Europe or permanent residency status.
• ️ Willingness to travel internationally.

• Optics background and ERP/CRM know-how.
• A business degree with a technical mindset – or a technical/medical degree with sales experience.
• Intercultural communication skills and a global perspective.
• Hungarian residency.
