International Business ManagerZug, Switzerland (alternative: Copenhagen, Denmark)Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the International Business Manager role at SCT is to identify new markets for Cardioplexol outside of Europe, to support the company’s international growth and strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing the full market access cycle, from analysis of the markets to identifying & managing partners. The International Business Manager contributes to Abacus Medicine’s mission of making Cardioplexol available and accessible in as many international markets as feasible. The scope of the role covers all markets outside of Europe (International). The scope of the role includes market analysis, segmentation and prioritization, defining an execution roadmap, and managing contacts with partners and customers.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of potential markets outside of Europe including market access feasibility.Validate the potential of Cardioplexol by country/region considering regulatory and patent specifications.Define a segmentation map considering market potential and technical/access metrics.Define entry strategies in the prioritized markets including partner profile.Initiate contacts with potential partners and customers and coordinate contract negotiationsCoordinate product support between internal functions and external partners (Regulatory, Marketing & Medical)Manage established partners and monitor business performance in the marketsThe Team and StakeholdersSwiss Cardio Technologies: 4 colleagues based in Switzerland. 1 colleague based in Copenhagen.Internal stakeholders:AMP functions, Legal, Regulatory/Technical services, Marketing, MedicalExternal stakeholders: Partners, Customers.The CandidateQualificationsUniversity degree in natural sciences, business administration, or related field.Scientific and business knowledge & experience of the International Pharmaceutical industrySkillsStrong scientific and business analytical skillsStrategic thinking and commercial acumenStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work and influence within a multi-functional organizationTeam orientedCompetenciesAbility to identify & pursue opportunitiesPerseverance in following-up projectsCustomer-oriented with sensitivity to different culturesCapable of identifying issues and implementing solutions. jid382b3eepn jit0208pn jiy26pn
