Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads by finding potential business partners (distributors, publishers, ministries, NGOs), initiating contact, and supporting the negotiation of long-term cooperation agreements.
- Manage and grow your account portfolio through proactive communication, upselling opportunities, and tender projects.
- Monitor and assist in international and local tenders, including preparing supporting documentation.
- Support existing partners and clients by providing guidance on product use, licensing, and marketing best practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions (mostly online, occasionally on-site) for partners, schools, and teachers.
- Contribute to market research and business analysis, identifying trends and new opportunities in the EdTech sector.
- Prepare and coordinate business documentation, including quotes, contracts, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Maintain accurate business records.
- ️Ocasionally participate in international exhibitions and partner events, such as BETT, Didacta, or the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Requirements
- Fluent Hungarian and English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in an additional foreign language (e.g. Spanish, French, German, Arabic, or others).
- 1–3 years of experience in international business, sales, marketing, or education.
- ️Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong professional relationships.
- ️Flexibility and initiative, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, capable of defining and pursuing own objectives.
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field).
Nice-to-have
- Experience in teaching STEM subjects.
- Experience in public procurement or international tendering processes.
- Familiarity with educational software or digital content development and/or distribution.
