Internal Sales Assistant

To strengthen our team we are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant for 2 years with a potential undetermined period after

• Managing internal communication platforms, liaising with the German project team
• Managing the internal file-sharing system
• Handling quarterly internal equipment orders for stores, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners
• Renewing store lease agreements and organizing necessary negotiations
• Administration and distribution of work uniforms
• Organizing business trips and handling invoices for the Sales Manager
• Sending monthly sales reports to landlords
• Managing consumer protection authority cases
• Administration of stores competition results
• Providing other support related to the daily operations of the stores

• Secondary education
• Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Higher education is an advantage

• Weekly 3 home office days
