Responsibilities

Support the successful planning and delivery of a wide range of communications activities, campaigns, and events
Development of communications materials including drafting, editing, and proofreading content for intranet articles and newsletters
Writing summaries, articles and online documents with a special focus on internal audiences
Collaboration with members of global communications and other departments to distribute content across multiple platforms
Participation in organizing and managing online and hybrid events
Creation of digital creative materials to complement communications activities
Management of communications related systems and platforms
Handling administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks
Involvement in a wide range of tasks covering the entire scale of corporate communications activities

Requirements

Ongoing university or college studies preferably in Communications, Media, Marketing, Business, or International Relations
Interest in internal communications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding proficiency in English
Proficiency in Hungarian
Great command of Microsoft 365 applications
Basic level of understanding of AI tools for communication and visual design
Creativity, enthusiasm and strong can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and multitask
Availability for a minimum 30 hrs/week
Active student status in the next 2 semesters
