Responsibilities

Support Successful Planning And Delivery Of Communications Activities, Campaigns, And Events
Develop Communications Materials Including Drafting, Editing, And Proofreading Content For Intranet Articles And Newsletters
Write Summaries, Articles And Online Documents With Focus On Internal Audiences
Collaborate With Global Communications And Other Departments To Distribute Content Across Multiple Platforms
Participate In Organizing And Managing Online And Hybrid Events
Create Digital Creative Materials To Complement Communications Activities
Manage Communications Related Systems And Platforms
Handle Administrative Tasks And Other Ad Hoc Tasks
Involvement In Wide Range Of Corporate Communications Activities

Requirements

Ongoing University Or College Studies Preferably In Communications, Media, Marketing, Business, Or International Relations
Interest In Internal Communications
Good Interpersonal And Communication Skills
Outstanding Proficiency In English
Proficiency In Hungarian
Great Command Of Microsoft 365 Applications
Basic Understanding Of AI Tools For Communication And Visual Design
Creativity, Enthusiasm And Strong Can-Do Attitude
Ability To Work Independently And Multitask
Availability For Minimum 30 Hours Per Week
Active Student Status In Next 2 Semesters
