Responsibilities

Planning and execution of audits and reviews, including plant audits
Assessment of business processes, risks, and internal controls across various functions and locations
Support of financial, operational, and compliance audits
Performing data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
Conducting benchmarking and research to support recommendations
Collaboration with other internal assurance functions (ISO, EHS, TISAX, VDA)

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of external or internal audit experience at a multinational company
At least 1 year in an internal audit role; experience at a company following IIA standards is an advantage
Experience cooperating with external auditors
Confident English language skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Intermediate-level Excel skills
Knowledge of ERP systems
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of audit software or data visualization tools (Power BI, ACL, IDEA)
Experience at a Big Four firm or working with Big Four companies
Knowledge of SAP

As a member of the Internal Assurance & Advisory (IA) team, you will work closely with the Legal & Compliance department and perform assurance and advisory audits, supporting operational excellence, compliance, and risk management.
The position is based in Debrecen or Kecskemét.
