Responsibilities

As a member of the client libraries development team, you will help develop, release, and own JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and SDKs. 'Build it and own it!'.

You should be self-directed and team-oriented. Your primary team is based in Hamburg, but you will also collaborate with other development teams in the USA and India. Your colleagues are experienced and provide a phenomenal learning environment to jumpstart your career as a software engineer.

  • Together with your multi-functional team you fully own the libraries you work on.
  • We improve the platform architecture to integrate current and future standard processes.
  • You contribute to a high standard of quality, robustness, and security in code and the development process.
  • Together, we follow current and secure development principles, and we promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • In a joint effort with your fellow team members, you work with Adobe cloud services teams that build the Content and Collaboration Platform.
  • Proficiency in German and English

Requirements

Eligibility: Students that are enrolled in Master's program, must be graduating the following year. Final year of study based in Hamburg.

  • Enrolled in a relevant University degree, graduating in 2026.
  • Proficient programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript are required.
  • Basic understanding of microservices and cloud platforms

What we offer

Internship Details

Location: Hamburg

Duration: 6 months

Start date: 1st March 2026

End date: 31st August 2026

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home

from the recruitment process. Our selection process typically consists of three stages as follows:

60-minute Online Assessment.

90-minute Technical Interview with the team.

45-minute Soft-Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager.

About the role

Be part of the Content and Collaboration team, based in Hamburg, Germany. Our solutions are used for multiple Adobe SaaS offerings like Adobe Express as well as in desktop products. Our services are operated across multiple regions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). To enable seamless integration, our client libraries are provided in multiple programming languages, including C++ and JavaScript.
