Responsibilities

Up for a new challenge? Join our Transaction Service team, where we combine operational excellence with strategic relevance, and put your finger right on the pulse of international business as we help our clients run their operations efficiently, securely and globally.
At the core of your internship, you learn to use AI to generate real impact. By combining your know-how with artificial intelligence, you produce in-depth analyses that help drive our sales strategy forward.
To future-proof our bank, you quickly define tangible use cases for AI-powered tools, apply them in real-world scenarios and test opportunities for AI- and data-driven sales approaches.
And whether it's sales, client or market data – with AI you dig ever deeper and deliver smart solutions that shape strategic recommendations for our senior management and sales teams, supporting our go-to-market activities.
You help design and implement automated reporting structures and dashboards that make complex data easily accessible – giving our management and sales teams the decision support they need at a glance.
From preparing client presentations to supporting meetings and proposal processes, you contribute your analytical perspective and learn how data-driven insights create value for our clients.
Finally, you assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs), helping to shape product and service offerings that are comprehensive, competitive, and always client-focused.

Requirements

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology with an analytical focus, or a comparable field – or currently in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies
Familiarity with and a passion for AI and related tools, as well as their practical application
Fast learner with a strong interest in CRM tools, ideally with experience in management reporting and/or accounting systems
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven business models
A structured and independent way of working, combined with a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Available from March / April for six months (please specify the exact period incl. start date in the cover letter)
