Responsibilities

Support the Reefer Product Excellence Team in ongoing and upcoming commercial, operational, technical, and digital projects
Assist in the development of online training modules related to reefer technology and product offerings
Conduct benchmarking and market research on reefer-related products and industry trends
Maintain and update internal product documents, reports, and strategic roadmaps
Collaborate on the creation of sales collateral and customer-facing materials
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and help maintain key product files and assessments

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering, or a related field)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Motivated, costumer-focused, and a dependable team player
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an efficient and structured working style
Basic understanding of logistics and/or reefer technology is an advantage
Ability to work both independently and within a global, diverse team environment
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and market dynamics
