Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing, writing and submitting all institutional applications and reports related to scholarship programmes like Stipendium Hungaricum and Diaspora to the Tempus Public Foundation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
You will manage all tasks provided by the Tempus Public Foundation interpreting it to the internal departments to support their execution.
You will be responsible for the professional and financial monitoring of the institutional implementation of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with program regulations.
You will coordinate the communication related to scholarship programmes, within the institution.
Promoting these programs to students, faculty and staff, plus coordinate them to the related organisational units at the University.
You will be responsible for representing the University at professional events and conducting audits related to scholarship programmes, maintaining daily liaison with the Tempus Public Foundation on behalf of the University.

Requirements

You have a university degree
You have excellent verbal & written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
You are very precise and structured, comfortable working with long documents and data
Analytical skills: able to monitor data, produce reports, make recommendations.
You have experience in higher education and internationalisation
Proactive mindset, ability to drive institutional initiatives, work independently and as part of a team.
You can develop and follow regulations and deadlines
