Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from prospective and existing customers from our Dutch-speaking markets, you will advise on our product and service portfolio, work out customer-specific requirements and needs, and in the process qualify the specific inquiries according to defined classifications
For the most qualified leads, you will be responsible for scheduling an on-site consultation at the customer's location with one of our field sales representatives. In some cases, you may also prepare price offers yourself and send them directly to the customer
You will organize and document all your activities in our CRM and ERP system
In addition to handling inbound inquiries, you will also perform targeted outbound activities to approach potential prospects or existing customers in this new market
Support for various activities such as translation, diverse research, etc

Requirements

Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in a commercial or customer-facing role. Career starters and candidates with experience from internships, student jobs, or similar are welcome·
Strong communication skills in business fluent Dutch and at least conversational English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office), no advanced expertise required
A confident manner, quick comprehension, pronounced empathy, enjoyment of success as well as the will to continuously develop professionally and personally in a performance-oriented but familiar environment.
