Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you play a central role in supporting our major customers and ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, smooth internal processes and the commercial success of our business. With your motivation, service mindset and communication skills, you help us build long-term, trust-based customer relationships across Hungary and beyond. This position is located in Eger, Hungary.
- Creation, processing and proactive follow-up of quotations across the full product portfolio
- Maintenance and administration of customer data, including acting as Key User for the relevant system
- Receiving and processing customer orders and monitoring the delivery process
- Handling customer support inquiries across all communication channels (email, phone, chat) and conducting proactive outreach when clarification is needed
- Providing professional, service-oriented support for all customer requests and contributing to ongoing customer development and satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roles and strong communication skills
- High motivation, strong willingness to learn, customer orientation and ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience in tender processing or inside sales activities
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office); SAP and CRM experience is an advantage
- Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate English skills; German is an optional plus
