Responsibilities

Placing and processing customer orders
Monitoring deliveries, invoicing, and invoice verification
Ship & Debit processing
Handling RMAs
Maintaining master data in CRM (SAP)
Reporting to management
Shared responsibility for the company's revenue growth and profitability

Place of work: Ingolstadt, Germany / 2 days of home office per week possible

Requirements

You should enjoy sales and dealing with customers
Quick understanding of customer requests / specifications
Good user knowledge of MS Office + ERP systems (SAP)
Good manners, confident demeanor, ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience
Initiative and sense of responsibility
