Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities that help clients move from vague ambitions to concrete, prioritised opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating AI adoption and digital transformation.
Turn client requirements into well-defined scopes that are strategically sound, technically realistic, and commercially viable.
Work with clients to understand how their business / product actually operates across customer-facing products, internal apps, and back-office workflows.
Partner with Business Development team to identify and shape opportunities early.
Create documentation from strategic presentations to process maps, feature specs, automation blueprints and AI prototypes.
Drive the discovery phase end-to-end, working side-by-side with Product Strategists and Designers.
Work side-by-side with Solution Architects & AI engineers to check proposed solutions for feasibility, effort, and cost and translate findings into client-ready recommendations.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, management consulting (with a digital transformation focus), or a mix of the above.
Experience in key target industries (Insurance or Energy) is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes, organisational dynamics, and how digital and AI initiatives create real value.
Strong facilitation, interviewing and workshop design skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology.
Ability to articulate product scopes and define precisely what needs to be built.
Strong product taste and concepting ability.
