Responsibilities
Creative Production Management:
New Product Development (NPD):
Vendor Management:
Strategic Partnerships and Innovation Hub:
- Participate in conceptualizing and ideating design solutions based on brief/strategy, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Propose innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet budget and project requirements.
- Specify parameters of unique media carriers and develop prototypes within budget.
- Oversee entire execution process, including installation, and ensure quality control.
New Product Development (NPD):
- Stay updated on latest trends and cutting-edge technologies.
- Drive company growth through the development and launch of new products.
- Gather feedback from sales, clients, and market trends to understand business needs.
- Test and introduce new technologies, materials, and assembly techniques.
Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain extensive supplier base, fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, especially printing houses, to ensure project success.
- Explore out-of-the-box solutions and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Maintain international supplier database across the group.
Strategic Partnerships and Innovation Hub:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on unique production projects, providing guidance to colleagues.
- Foster collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align business needs with production strategies.
- Attend exhibitions, forums, and events to stay updated on industry trends.
- Lead and/or participate in creating a hub for product development within the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Skills you will need to succeed:
- Certificate or Associate Degree in the field of Applied Arts, Graphics Designs or any related field
- Driving license category B is a plus
- Good command of English
- 5-6 years of experience in print production/design/project management
- You have medium/High knowledge level of the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp
