Industrial Engineer

What is the job about?

As the Industrial Engineer, you will oversee critical aspects of engineering projects through TB COMP plant, ensuring their completion within established timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities include:

Project Management: Coordinate medium-scale and complex engineering projects such as MES /Manufacturing Execution System/ introduction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within the product line/process to minimize rejects and enhance productivity.
Operational Performance Review (OPR): Diagnose, analyse, and document OPR during production, supporting the development of short and long-term action plans for improvement.
Process Improvement: Propose suggestions to enhance process efficiency, routing, and quality.
Leadership: Support the Process Review Team (PRT) activities at the plant level and facilitate seamless collaboration with Global PRTs.
Competency Management: Ensure technicians possess the necessary competencies for operations.
Machine Group Monitoring: Monitor the technical condition of machine groups and devise improvement/investment strategies.

Requirements

A Technical Master's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience in providing defined processes within Manufacturing Engineering
Industry experience within a business environment, preferably in a large manufacturing setting
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Strong influencing skills
Understanding of relevant systems, local laws, and regulations
High-level proficiency in English and Hungarian
