Responsibilities

Develop and implement production technologies and processes required for new products
Provide development and professional support for existing production lines
Define requirements for production tools and equipment in line with manufacturing needs and perform their technical acceptance
Actively participate in the build of first samples
Prepare and maintain production documentation
Support and/or manage NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
Maintain daily contact with partners in English, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Confident, active English language skills (both spoken and written)
Hungarian language proficiency is a must
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment

LEAN knowledge is an advantage
