We're seeking an energetic SDR to turn inbound interest (web forms, email, chat, events) into qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executives.

We're seeking an energetic SDR to turn inbound interest (web forms, email, chat, events) into qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executives.
Requirements
- Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes during core hours; engage via phone, email, and live chat.
- Qualify opportunities using the BANT checklist; document discovery in CRM.
- Book qualified meetings for AEs and ensure clean handoffs with clear next steps.
- Nurture earlier-stage leads with light sequences; re-qualify dormant MQLs.
- Keep CRM spotless: complete fields, log activities, and run weekly pipeline hygiene.
- Feedback loop: share lead quality insights with Marketing; member recurring objections/needs.
- Stay current on our payloads, core use-cases (mining, construction, geophysics, hydrography), and competitor positioning.
Nice-to-have
- 2+ years in an inbound B2B SDR role for a technical product (international markets).
- Excellent written & spoken English (C1); French or German is also a strong plus.
- Hands-on with CRM (eg, Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialer/chat tools.
- Structured qualification and discovery skills; clear, concise writing.
- Tech curiosity and fast learning; you enjoy translating complex tech into plain value.
