• manage inbound freight and maximize truck / container utilization
• provide routing information to the plants, highlight any foreseen delay
• reduce and optimize import shipments cost
• follow up escalation process and avoid any delay
• create shipment documentation
• preparation of import customs clearance orders, provision of documentation required for customs clearance, handling custom documents
• processing of delivery complaints, submission of damage claims
• registration of special freight
• preparation of transport statistics
• analysis of transport costs, freight cost calculation

• college/university degree in economics, foreign trade or logistics
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in automotive or in manufacturing sector
• export-import freight forwarding and customs knowledge
• fluency in English
• proficient use of MS Office programs
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• good problem-solving, conflict management and co-operation skills with responsible, flexible personality
