Identity and Access Management expert

based in Budapest, MOL Campus.

Administer and operate MOL Group's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Assess business requirements, define, and implement enhancements into IAM solutions.
Oversee collaboration with vendors to ensure delivery of business requirements.
Contribute to the expansion of IAM services, including target system extension and user onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of designs, configurations, and processes.
Support cybersecurity activities to ensure secure operation and adherence to security principles.

University or college degree, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in IT/Security.
Understanding of IAM principles and architecture.
Experience with user and access concepts in Microsoft Active Directory.
Product knowledge and implementation experience with identity management products (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ, One Identity Manager, PingFederate, SAP Identity Management, CyberArk Privileged Account Security Solution).
Scripting and programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Perl, C#, SQL).
Proactive "can-do" attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and English
Cybersecurity-focused certifications (SSCP, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
