Tasks
- Provide technical support to local sales and service teams, as well as distributors.
- Address installation, product application, and service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot system failures based on input from service technicians.
- Organize and deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and employees.
- Participate in annual budget planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
