HSE manager

• Lead the HSE organization, guiding management and business units with strong expertise and clear direction.

• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory HSE requirements while maintaining cost‑efficient operations.

• Shape and advance HSE and sustainability strategies that strengthen long‑term business performance.

• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Operate and enhance ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems, including audits, corrective actions, and chemical safety programs (REACH, CLP, ADR/ADN), while contributing to sustainability and carbon‑reduction efforts

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in a relevant field (E.g: Chemical enginner, Environmental engineer)

Professional Experience: Confident and proven, at least 5 years of practical knowledge in HSE, preferably in industrial / chemical manufacturing. Experience in leadershipment roles.

Hard Skills:

• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent Hungarian knowledge.

• Confident MS Office skills.

• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO systems.
