Responsibilities

Definition and management of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations across global HRIS initiatives
Leadership of cross-functional project teams including HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders through all phases of project execution
Management of project governance, reporting, and adherence to PMO standards and methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall
Oversight of integration activities between SuccessFactors and related systems such as payroll, time, and talent management tools
Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and dependencies with appropriate escalation and course correction
Ensuring solutions meet defined quality standards, compliance requirements, and business needs
Monitoring project performance using KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction metrics and implementing continuous improvement actions
Taking on roles within the SAFe framework to support portfolio and program-level alignment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile as a strong plus
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT project management with specific exposure to global HR system implementations
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors including multiple modules
Awareness of integration architectures
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong skills in stakeholder management, consulting, and change management
Ability to coordinate across HR, IT, and external partners to deliver complex solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent English; German as an advantage
