Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full contingent lifecycle including intake, agency briefing, candidate review, onboarding, contractor management, extensions, and offboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and guide effective contingent hiring decisions
- Overseeing supplier performance by holding staffing agencies accountable to defined SLAs and KPIs, proactively addressing gaps and implementing improvement plans
- Managing effective supplier strategy, including evaluation, onboarding, performance optimization, and cost competitiveness
- Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve operational, compliance, and invoicing issues
- Ensuring data integrity across systems to enable accurate workforce reporting and business decision-making
- Analyzing supplier proposals and pricing models to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
- Owning the end-to-end invoice validation and resolution process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment while identifying root causes of discrepancies
- Leveraging reporting tools and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the contingent workforce program, forming actionable solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance
- Creating and implementing process enhancements and effectively supporting change management initiatives to improve program efficiency and stakeholder experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four to six years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Procurement, or HR Operations
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or workforce programs
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Experience interpreting data and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive problem-solving and solution orientation
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Customer-focused with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic environment
Nice-to-have
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
