Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to the rules and principles of hiring on various platforms for finding candidates (Ukraine and the EU).
- Analyze written texts, make crucial corrections and send them out to the world.
- Publish vacancies on partner sites for search.
- Track performance and collect analytics on the results of your work.
- Communicate with related departments.
- Communicate with managers of partner job posting sites.
- Create a favorable image of the HR brand in the external environment.
- To look for alternative platforms for hosting.
Requirements
- At least six months' experience in HR/marketing/copywriting/SMM to choose from.
- Experience in recruiting and successful closing of vacancies.
- Understanding of the principles of building an HR brand.
- Knowledge of the principles of job search sites and methods of their promotion.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+), to use English-language sites and write short letters/communicate with foreign platforms.
- Proficiency in PC, Google documents, spreadsheets.
Nice-to-have
- Understanding of SEO basics.
- Knowledge of Hungarian.
