Our multinational partner, who is responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide, is looking for an HR Assistant colleague to join them for a 3-month fixed-term contract.


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support day-to-day HR administrative activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within set deadlines.

  • Support HR separation processes and coordinate related administrative activities;
  • Process staff benefits, entitlements, pension and insurance-related matters;
  • Review and process HR cases in line with established policies and procedures;
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and case handling in HR systems;
  • Manage workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Monitor daily task progress and prioritize requests accordingly;
  • Provide general administrative support and carry out other HR-related tasks as assigned.
  • Completion of secondary education is required, and additional university-level studies in a relevant field are an asset;
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
