Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Budapest for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, and manage housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, coordinating with front desk and maintenance teams, and addressing guest concerns. The role also involves managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping expertise
- Proficiency in Laundry operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fluency in Hungarian and English is an advantage
