Head of Sales Operations

What Will Be Your Mission?
As Head of Sales Operations, you will shape and enhance the company’s sales performance and operational capabilities during a period of significant renovations and expansion. You will implement strategies that drive efficiency, results, and continuous improvement, ensuring the business is ready to capitalize on new opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in influencing the organization’s growth and long-term success.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Managerial oversight of all sales operations, including duty-free, luxury boutiques, bar & kitchen, and support functions like facility management.
• Revenue Maximization: Strategic collaboration with the Category Management and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Customer Excellence: Implementing and maintaining world-class service standards for an international traveling public.
• Enforcing and maintaining effective business relationships with airport authorities and other key partners.
• Operational leadership of the maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring the flawless condition of the business environment and infrastructure.
