Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead a team of product managers, designers, and researchers to deliver a platform
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Ensure product strategy aligns with user needs, market trends, and McKinsey’s broader goals
Champion a user-centric approach balancing innovation with scalability and reliability
Shape the product organization and foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Represent the team in client discussions, industry events, and internal forums
Lead a team of product managers, designers, and researchers to deliver a platform

Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing SaaS platforms or enterprise software
Exposure to AI products and solutions
Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive business impact
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
Fluent English for day-to-day collaboration and executive-level discussions
Exposure to AI products and solutions
Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive business impact
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
Fluent English for day-to-day collaboration and executive-level discussions
