  • Strategy & Business Development:
    • Define and implement the Prime Segment strategy aligned with overall Retail Banking objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities and design value propositions for affluent clients.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
    • Ensure high-quality service standards and personalized solutions for Prime clients.
    • Oversee development of loyalty programs and exclusive benefits for the segment.
    • Drive initiatives to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer retention.
  • Product & Service Offering:
    • Collaborate with product teams to design tailored investment, daily banking, and wealth management solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Increase the adoption of available digital products and services (both self-service and assisted by advisors/call-center) in the Prime segment
  • Sales & Performance Management:
    • Set and monitor KPIs for Prime Segment performance (portfolio growth, profitability, cross-sell).
    • Support and manage branch network and relationship managers for Prime client acquisition.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Directly lead Prime advisor network, right to account Branch Managers and Prime advisors for Prime segment performance.
    • Lead and develop a team of branch and relationship managers.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Affluent Segment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
  • Driving licence (frequent travel is a must in the position)

1. Portfolio Growth:
  • Year-on-year increase in Prime Segment assets under management (AUM) and liabilities.
2. Revenue & Profitability:
  • Contribution of Prime Segment to Retail Banking revenue and net profit.
3. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
  • Number of new Prime clients acquired per quarter.
  • Retention rate of existing Prime clients.
4. Cross-Selling Ratio:
  • Average number of products per Prime client (investment, insurance, etc,).
5. Customer Satisfaction (NPS):
  • Net Promoter Score for Prime Segment.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Zero major compliance breaches in Prime Segment operations.
7. Team Performance:
  • Achievement of individual and team sales targets.
