The Head of Permanent Placement (PP) is responsible for developing and implementing the Permanent Placement strategy in Hungary as per Adecco Group standards and priorities.
Accountable for the operational and sales leadership and development of a permanent placement team.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Head of Perm is responsible to lead the Managers and Consultants to meet the needs of Adecco’s clients, candidates, colleagues, and shareholders. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our operational branch network within Permanent Recruitment.

Feladataid lesznek:
- Develop and implement the business strategy to drive growth and development across the operational branch network within permanent solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure operational delivery excellence.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales activities and build trusted client relationships, resulting in the right offerings for our clients.
- Drive continuous improvements in service delivery, identifying areas for enhancement through audits and other methods.
- Collaborate with operational delivery teams to identify gaps and areas of improvement, developing action plans to address them.
- Act as an escalation point for responsive solutions, collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Stay updated on growth trends and market predictions, recommending adjustments to support business strategies.
- Exceed financial targets as per budget and P&L for each branch.
- Drive sales strategy for profitable and sustainable growth in revenue and gross margin.
- Contribute to budget setting and ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with senior management to maximize growth potential and client opportunities.
- Provide strong leadership and management across the business line while coaching and mentoring team members for the highest delivery standards.
- Lead candidate care initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
