Feladatok

Setting priorities and processing routes according to daily customer volume forecasts, flight schedules, and shipment info.
Coordinating execution plans across dispatch, ground handling, and warehouse (shift/roster, resources, cut-offs).
Monitoring the full shipment flow and milestones, identifying delays/bottlenecks and drive corrective actions fast.
Pushing cross-team execution to ensure shipments are processed on time, in full, with quality.
Conducting and overseeing customer data checks and status accuracy after processing.
Leading supervisors/leads, enforce SOPs, improve planning accuracy, throughput, and service performance.

Elvárások

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years in logistics operation management or related area. Experience and knowledge in customs declaration is a huge plus.
Language Skills: Working proficiency in Mandarin and Hungarian. (must)
