Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with ISM, ISO, ISPS, and company HSEQ/HSSQE standards.
Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (IMS), including audits and documentation.
Monitor and report fleet and company HSEQ/HSSQE performance to management.
Conduct safety and quality audits, lead accident investigations, and implement preventive actions.
Oversee navigational and operational safety across the fleet.
Support projects, tenders, and operations in HSEQ/HSSQE matters.
Represent the company during ISO audits, in interactions with clients and industry bodies (OCIMF, IMCA, etc.).
Review and implement HSE legislation across operations.
May serve as DPA, CSO, or EMR as appointed.

Requirements

Master Mariner or senior officer with strong experience in marine operations and HSEQ/HSSQE.
Qualified ISM & ISO Internal Auditor and Company Security Officer (ISPS).
Solid knowledge of ISO, ISM, ISPS, and HSE regulations, classification, insurance, and ship management procedures.
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
Independent, systematic, and solution-oriented work style.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office.
