We are seeking for a professional to lead the expansion of our inventory management system, optimizing processes across subsidiaries while ensuring seamless integration of our existing framework.

Head of Inventory Management

Task:

Professional leadership of the inventory management activity (with a team of 10 in the HQ and 10 colleagues abroad).
Establishment, development, control and management of inventory practices especially at subsidiaries, including establishing record-keeping and reporting systems.
Synchronization and coordination of inventory management activities between headquarters and subsidiaries.
Analysis and improvement of on-time delivery rate of customer orders.
Improvement of inventory turnover rate, determining and directing necessary actions to achieve targets.
Analysis, reporting, determination and monitoring of obsolete inventories, including defining and managing related actions.
Leading inventory-related metrics, prediction, analyzing variances and their impacts, determining and directing actions.
Defining and maintaining inventory control parameters in the ERP system.
Monitoring, coordinating, measuring, and improving inventory-related activities of departments, including incorporating checkpoints for:
- - product introduction and phase-out,
  - sales forecasts,
  - deviations between sales plans, inventory levels and actual results.
Management and evaluation of annual and periodic inventory counting.

Expectation:

Relevant BSc or MSc degree
5+ years practical inventory management experience in an international corporate environment
Proficiency in English for negotiations
5 years of managerial experience
