Responsibilities

Design and execute the global Lean OpEx strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead global Lean transformation initiatives, maturity development, and cultural adoption.
Manage the global Lean OpEx deployment and ensure strategic alignment with the overall QHS strategy.
Drive change‑management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and methodologies.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Production, Supply Chain, Industrialization, and Quality.

Capability Building & Organizational Development

Establish the required continuous improvement capabilities across all global sites.
Develop global standards, methodologies, digital tools, and shopfloor management systems.
Create and maintain global QHS Lean OpEx documentation and standards.
Deliver global training, workshops, and coaching programs to build sustainable Lean capabilities.

Process Optimization & Standardization

Identify and implement process optimization opportunities across all operational areas.
Drive global standardization and harmonization of the continuous improvement approach.
Set up and monitor relevant KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Lean OpEx initiatives.
Accelerate global adoption of Lean best practices across functions and regions.
Establish an effective framework for global knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical field, plus several years of experience in a global manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in leading global Lean transformations and Kaikaku‑type breakthrough initiatives.
Strong expertise in Lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies; Lean Black Belt / Lean Expert required.
Ideally experienced with P&G Integrated Work Systems (IWS) and analytics tools such as Power BI or Minitab.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team‑development skills.
Highly analytical, structured, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong change‑management capabilities.
Ability to influence and guide continuous‑improvement teams in a multinational environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally (25-40 %).
