Responsibilities

Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D production team
Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters
Actively contributing to the further development of our company

Requirements

Experience in photorealistic 3D visualizations of products (focus on furniture)
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray
Initial leadership experience is a plus
Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
High social and communication skills
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
Flexibility and reliability
Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
Fluent English (business level)
