I lead my team to deliver distinctive, targeted, engaging and efficient communication plans for all relevant media channels.
I passionately drive CE collaboration, sharing and learning from each other in line with the efficiency principle.
I am an ambassador of Customer centric approach within Customer and wider local teams.

• Leading the team towards delivering against our Customer driven CE and Group Strategy
• Role Model growth mind-set and continuously engage the team into the same
• Ensuring that the briefs for communication work are clear, rooted in customer insight, a true translation of the key customer propositions and of exceptional quality.
• Ensuring that I get the very best out of all communication agencies I work with, managing briefing/creative judgment, feedback process and production processes.
• Ensuring clear KPI's to track performance of Communication assets/campaigns and ability to take in flight action based on this tracking to improve performance of assets where required.
• Managing the budget and forecasting of all communications assets production & ongoing commitment to efficiencies where applicable.
• Working alongside Communications insight teams to utilize communications testing to continually craft, evolve, learn and sharpen our comms assets so that they are fit for purpose in delivering our communications Jobs to be done.
• Working closely enough with Media agency to determine best channel plans and proportionate media spends to support campaign briefs.
• Co-ordinating the multi-functional teams tasked to deliver the communications task.
• Leveraging external shifts and innovations that can be applied to communication delivery/dvpt
